INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

Some important information specific to presenters:

Presenters for this year's Annual Meeting will be asked to record and upload their presentations at least two weeks prior to the meeting. No worries if you haven't recorded a presentation before - tips on how to do this are linked below. Access to the presentations will be limited to registered participants. Participants will have an opportunity to view all presentations and submit questions in advance of the meeting.

RESOURCES FOR RECORDING A PRESENTATION

The meeting (October 26) will consist of Q&A sessions with presenters, moderated by a Ropeless Consortium Board member. As the in-person meeting agendas have been previously, the virtual meeting agenda will be organized by topic session. All presenters within a topic (~5-7 people) will be live to answer questions from participants. The moderator will facilitate questions, both from pre-meeting submissions and live questions submitted via a chat function.

We will have technical support throughout the meeting and they will run a rehearsal for all presenters prior to the meeting (likely to take place on October 22).
